Listings and marketplace access

What kinds of digital products are listed?

The catalog supports accounts, services, games, software, subscriptions, AI and cloud products, gift cards, top-ups, and other approved digital inventory. Availability comes from current database listings.

Does every listing have the same specifications?

No. Product type, age, content status, follower range, format, and delivery notes vary. Review the facts shown on the specific listing rather than assuming a feature applies to every product.

How does a listing reach the public catalog?

A seller creates a structured listing and submits it for administrator review. Only approved listings from active sellers appear in marketplace results.

Orders and payment

How do I place an order?

Browse the marketplace, select a product and quantity, add it to your cart, then complete checkout through your buyer account.

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout offers your available Accnify balance and the crypto coins and networks currently configured by the administrator. Review the exact option shown at checkout.

Is my payment information safe?

Crypto checkout stores the order reference, selected network, destination wallet, submitted quantity, and transaction hash needed for review. Do not send funds until you have checked every displayed detail.

Can I order more than one unit?

Yes when enough inventory is available. The cart and checkout validate quantity against live stock before an order is created.

Delivery and order records

When does delivery become available?

Balance-paid orders complete immediately when the payment and inventory checks succeed. Crypto orders release assigned inventory after administrator payment approval.

Where do I access delivered inventory?

Open the completed order from your buyer workspace. Depending on the listing, delivery may be shown as encrypted row data or as files available through authenticated download links.

What should I do immediately after delivery?

Read the seller’s delivery notes, secure any transferable credentials where appropriate, and keep the order page available until you have checked every delivered unit.

What if an order is still awaiting payment review?

Open the order to verify the submitted transaction information. The status will update after an administrator approves or rejects the payment evidence.

Support and disputes

What should I do if delivery has a problem?

Open the affected order and use the available message or dispute action. Explain the issue precisely and attach relevant evidence so the seller and administrator can review the same record.

How is a dispute resolved?

The order is placed under review and the relevant balance may be frozen. An administrator can request evidence, refund the buyer balance, or release funds to the seller based on the record.

How can I contact support?

Use the on-page support messenger or the options shown on the support page. Include the order, listing, store, withdrawal, or dispute reference when available.

Is a response time guaranteed?

No fixed response-time promise is published. Your request remains in the recorded conversation so staff can review its context and reply.

Seller stores

How do I become a seller?

Create a buyer account, open the seller section in your workspace, and submit your business and store information for administrator review.

When can I publish products?

Seller tools become available after the store application is approved. New and edited product listings also remain pending until an administrator approves them.

How are seller earnings withdrawn?

Available seller balance can be submitted as a crypto withdrawal request. Administrators review the request and record the payout transaction or rejection note.
